This has been happening with this Win10 build since we first started with 7.13, 7.14.1, and now on 7.15 LTSR. Then today I found that If I RDP to the Win10 VM instead of connecting through Citrix, the problem does not occur, so I know the problem is in the Citrix stack. I tried adding outlook.exe to the exclusion list for Citrix hooks in the registry and that also had no effect. Switching to a non-touchscreen endpoint immediately resolves the problem. I have tried several different Receiver client versions locally on the endpoints as well and none have any effect. Launching Outlook in safe mode has no effect so I know this is not a problem with add-ins. The problem originally presented on the MS Surface, but I've also tested on other touchscreen Windows devices (all running Win10 locally) and they all exhibit the problem. Simply opening the calendar will cause it to crash repeatably every time while connected from a touchscreen Windows endpoint. When users access our Win10 XenDesktop VDI (LTSB 2016 64-bit) running Outlook 365 (2016) from a touchscreen-enabled Windows endpoint, Outlook crashes constantly. I have been chasing this problem for a while and have now narrowed it down and will open a support case, but I am curious if anyone else has seen it already.
